Should your Purchase have a Manufacturers Fault or defect please contact us within 31 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund. The product will have to be returned to us using our reply paid number at no cost to you. Our reply paid number will be provided by email or phone.

If you require a refund on a returned item, once received we will refund the credit card you used at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Deliveries

For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post. International Is calculated directly from Australia Post based on weight, while in the Checkout Process. You will be advised of the Shipping cost before you enter your Credit Card details. It is for this Reason Shipping costs are not quoted on Products in the Store. Should there be an issue with non-arrival please contact us.

Shipping Time 99% of the time is the same business day, under some circumstances it may be up to 2 days but very rare. Air Mail Orders Overseas may take up to 14 days in some Countries, USA. UK in particular. Express Post International is available also during the checkout delivery time usually 4 – 6 days.
